Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Pumpernickel. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

2. Your account

You’re responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. One account per person. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. How earning works

• Pumpernickel connects you with paid research studies provided through our research network. Availability of studies is not guaranteed.
• You earn for studies you complete and that pass validation. Some studies may be reviewed for quality and fraud before earnings are credited.
• Your balance is shown in real currency. Cash-outs are available once you meet the minimum threshold shown in the app and are subject to the payout methods we support.
• Earnings and cash-outs may be delayed or withheld where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, or violations of these terms.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Provide false, careless, or fraudulent responses.
• Use bots, scripts, multiple accounts, or other means to game studies or earnings.
• Misrepresent your identity or eligibility.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to circumvent the security of the service.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.

Violations may result in withheld earnings, suspension, or termination of your account.

5. Third-party research network

Studies, fraud protection, and payments are delivered through a third-party research platform. Your participation in studies may also be subject to that partner’s terms. We’re not responsible for the content of individual studies provided by third parties.

6. Intellectual property

Pumpernickel, its branding, and its software are owned by Hideaway Labs and its licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the app for its intended purpose.

7. Termination

You may stop using Pumpernickel and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or to protect the service. Unpaid earnings tied to fraud or abuse may be forfeited.

8. Disclaimers

Pumpernickel is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee any particular amount of earnings, study availability, or uninterrupted service.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hideaway Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “last updated” date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
